The Design Process
At Poet Productions, we employ a detailed multi-level event design process to ensure that your event proceeds successfully. From determining the goals of the event to presenting 3D virtual designs, we cover all points long before the event begins.
The first part of our design process is to determine the goal of the event and establish the requirements. Is this a special event to motivate a sales force? Are we showcasing a new product for consumers? Are we entertaining delegates in a large theatrical arena? We ask the questions and consult with the client to develop a road map for the event.
Computer Aided Design
We utilize all of the latest design tools to prepare detailed drawings of the event floor. The location of the stage, the podium, the products and the audience are arranged and then re-arranged to meet the needs of the event. Clients can view the plans in this stage and make changes and adjust requirements as necessary.
3D Modeling
2 Dimensional designs can then be processed into 3D virtual tours of the event. Fly around the event floor and see views from the perspectives of the audience, the speaker and the performers. Clients can even view the placement of lights and their interaction with the speaker. Poet Productions uses the latest design tools including 3D Studio Max and ESP Vision Studio.
